Invoicing
A fee invoice carries both parties' mentions, TVA, the total in words and a number that follows the previous one. yuba prints them on every invoice, gives the number at issue and lets no one change an issued invoice: a mistake is corrected by a credit note (facture d'avoir).

This is the list yuba prints, in French, on every invoice. Check it against the texts in force.
The number is given at the moment of issue, after the previous one, in the fiscal year's series. A draft has no number, so an abandoned draft leaves no gap.
An issued invoice cannot be changed. A mistake is corrected by a credit note (facture d'avoir), in its own series and with its own number, which refers to the invoice it corrects.
Each period, yuba drafts the invoice on the agreed schedule: monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. When the client's number of invoices has risen, the variable part is added on the agreed bands, and the payroll fee follows the headcount of the months billed. Someone at the firm checks it and issues it.
Virement, CCP, cheque or cash, in one payment or several, for one invoice or several. Any surplus stays as the client's credit. On a cash payment, the stamp duty is calculated.
Each client's statement, and the aged balance in four bands: 0 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90 and over 90 days. Reminder letters, at three levels, are ready to print or save; yuba does not send them.
